Joining Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown in 2017 was a pivotal moment for me. Embracing their innovative Productivity Coaching Program, I combined its structured approach with my determination to swiftly achieve Top Producer status and earn a seat on the KW Agent Leadership Council. Passionate about mentorship, I began empowering fellow agents while growing my own real estate business.

In 2019, my commitment to fostering success led to the honor of leading the coaching program. Under my guidance, we experienced remarkable growth, surpassing $110M in revenue by 2022. My leadership philosophy revolves around leading by example, drawing from my own entrepreneurial journey in real estate and leveraging the proven methodologies outlined in the MREA toolkit.
