Though Allie Greenstein is a New York native and a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, one visit to Atlanta was all it took to determine the allure of Southern Charm was undeniable. She started in real estate 10 years ago in New York City following graduation from Indiana University. She spent 4 years working as a full-time investor wholesaling and flipping distressed investment properties in South Florida before deciding to build a business based on helping others.

Now an established Georgia Realtor since 2018, Allie prides herself on moving faster at a “New York pace,” with very open and honest communication. She has been coached by the Mike Ferry Organization, the number 1 real estate coaching program in the country for the last 5 years. Allie does not take her job lightly, she is grateful everyday for the trust her clients instill in her to handle one of their largest assets.
