Ensuring clients receive a Concierge Experience, Lisa performs extensive evaluations of properties of interest based on a clear understanding of the particular clients’ needs & wants. She strategically negotiates contracts, attends & advises on inspections, & provides an extensive list of professionals to assist with various needs that arise. After the real estate experience is over, Lisa prides herself on maintaining client relationships by planning and organizing multiple Chatel Group events and outings where clients can interact and socialize with their families.Having relocated both domestically and internationally, Lisa understands the unique challenges and needs of international and local clients.
